What you’ll be doing

Lead selected accounts across our PR portfolio

  • Develop and implement a broad range of integrated, strategic communication campaigns across all media platforms to drive publicity and increase brand awareness for clients
  • Work collaboratively with media to develop pitches, angles and stories that deliver impressive results
  • Drive quantitative and qualitative pieces of coverage for all clients
  • Foster and nurture strong media relationships across food & drink, travel, entertainment and lifestyle broadcast, print and online publications / channels
  • Oversee the creation of media assets including targeted media lists, press releases and news bulletins, photography briefs and event run-sheets, delegating to junior staff if necessary

Contribute to the development of strategy

  • Work collaboratively with the Strategic Director and Department Heads to formulate insight-driven and forward-thinking PR strategies in order to help launch / reposition client brands, products and services
  • Working collaboratively with the Strategic Director, take a lead on running the strategic process from discovery (conducting research, analysing data, running client workshops), to ideation (conducting internal brainstorms and using insights to rationalise and develop strategic recommendations), through to preparing strategy decks and delivering client presentations
  • Contribute to agency-wide strategic thinking, fostering and championing an agency culture that is collaborative and integrated (no matter the client/brief)

Drive new business

  • Provide support for agency growth and development of new business pipeline

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our influencer campaigns and programs on a full-time basis. You’ll be in charge of strategising influencer campaigns and building and maintaining relationships with our influencers, while scaling our existing client business and offering in order to position us as the industry leader in influencer marketing.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and execute influencer programs for clients

  • Develop authentic and culturally progressive strategies and planning that drive reach and engagement, with measurable goals and objectives
  • Identify relevant influencers and conduct outreach

He recently created the Martini Syndicate, a collective of venues working together to not only offset their carbon footprint, but give back to the First Nations community of Australia, the oldest surviving civilisation on the face of the planet. For the month of June, each participating venue will contribute $1 per sale of a Ketel One special to the carbon offset fund.
